Tasting note

Wente remains remarkably adept at making very good wines in big volumes at fair prices. This is a textbook example - a crisp, layered and complex SB that's as floral as spring, generous in acidity and lemony on the finish. Pair with shellfish, chicken or goat cheese on crackers.
