Tasting note

Crafted in a classic Marlborough style, this offers up lovely grass and herbal tones with shades of asparagus adding depth. Fruity and soft with nice purity and zest. The winemaker works with a variety of vineyard and winery techniques that ensure a modest alcohol level without sacrificing the fullness of the flavours or the wine's typicity.
