Tasting note
Peppery aromas layered with plums, blackcurrants, bittersweet chocolate and vanilla are underscored in this wine by roasted green bell peppers with smoked notes. It has a wonderful freshness, with tobacco leather, black fruit and roasted herbal flavours. A full wine with a long, spicy finish, it pairs well with red meats and barbecue fare.
