Tasting note

Straw yellow colour; toasty, yeasty nose with nutty/cooked apple notes; dry, rich, medium-full bodied, with flavours of nuts and biscuits; long and creamy finish on palate.

This dry greenish yellow sparkling wine features medium fruity and vegetal scents and offers large and persistent bubbles. Discover this medium-bodied sparkling wine expressing refreshing acidity and offering a broad texture.

Elegant and persistent mousse. The aromas are of white fruits, citrus and tropical fruits, and light floral notes. The palate is exquisite, complex and full of flavour, with good acidity and notes of lime and pineapple. It is dry and long on the finish.

DO Cava, 50% Macabeo, 35% Parellada, 15% Xarelo.lo. Minimum 15 months bottle aging. Fruitiness, freshness and complexity are the principal defining characteristics of this Cava. Elegant, persistent mousse, aromas of white fruits.

The aromas are of citrus and tropical fruits with a light floral note. The palate is has good citrus acidity and hints of lime and pineapple witha persistent mousse.
