Tasting note
Classic Shiraz nose of blackberry, pepper, woodsmoke and a hint of blueberry. Dry and crisp with fruit flavours building gradually. Soft, yet still very fresh with an elegant, though fruity finish. Calls for grilled lamb chops. (VINTAGES panel, May 2012)
