Tasting note

This sophisticated Aussie is made to be enjoyed with baked ham. A highlight of our Signature Collection, it's definitely a celebration wine.

This wine is rich deep crimson in the glass. Aromas of rich berry are given complexity by hints of pepper, spice and dark chocolate. The palate displays well-integrated fruit with soft tannins, a subtle touch of oak and a long, seamless finish.

Inky purple; the nose offers notes of blackberry, dark chocolate, and eucalyptus; the dry and rich palate is layered with red fruit character, cocoa, and a slightly herbal finish.
