Tasting note
This is a typical Marlborough sauvignon with a strong vegetal tone to the nose of guava and passionfruit with grapefruit and dry hay. It has beautiful mouthwatering acidity which makes the palate creamy with lemony gooseberry flavours. Very good length. Enjoy with chicken or veal plus a lemony pesto pasta sauce.
