Pale straw; delicate fruity aromas and flavours with a hint of bitter almond; dry and crisp with a clean finish

A pale coloured wine with lovely, delicate aromas of lemon and citrus fruits, very fresh in the mouth with a typical almond taste on the finish. Pairs best with starters; main courses such as risotto with shrimps or spaghetti with mussels, and many fish dishes. To be served at 10-12° C.
