Tasting note

This zesty sauvignon blanc comes from the well-regarded St. Supéry, which made big news last year when it was purchased by French fashion house Chanel. The grapes were grown in the Dollarhide Estate Vineyard and fermented in stainless steel. Crisp and clean with intense grapefruit and citrus flavors, it's an excellent example of why St. Supéry's sauvignon blanc wins high praise from wine critics.
