Tasting note
Lovely white melon, lemongrass and chive notes on this nose of this zesty Californian Sauvignon Blanc. Perfectly balanced. Good mouth-watering action. Complex and layered with a terrific finish of vibrant Meyer lemons and stonefruit. Pair with pan-seared halibut.
