Tasting note
Dark fruit on the nose with cherry and blackberry prominent. Plum sauce, earth, woodsmoke and a touch of vanilla. Smooth and silky, this is showing some maturity with dried fruit, spice box and smoked meat tones. Long and interesting. Perfect for braised or stewed meats, mushroom, pizza or lasagna.
