Tasting note
Cipes Brut is a beautiful Riesling and Chardonnay based traditional method sparkling wine with aromas of apple, lime, pear, almonds and grapefruit. On the palate Cipes Brut exhibits crisp acidity, a soft, creamy mousse, and a long finish.
Made in the traditional method with a distinctly Okanagan style from Riesling, Chardonnay and Pinot Blanc, Cipes Brut was awarded 'Best Sparkling Wine of the Year" at the 2014 All Canadian Wine Championships.
