Palate: Notes of dark plums with firm round tannins and a velvety texture. A smooth, well-balanced and mouth filling wine. Food Pairing: All different kinds of grilled meat. Lamb stews with herbs and other preparations based on this meat or game meats. Indian-inspired dishes will harmonize tremendously well with the wine.
