Tasting note
Inviting black cherry, blackberry, woodsmoke and black pepper. Lovely ripe fruit centre and plush texture with abundant spicy accents, and substantial, ripe tannins. Long, flavourful finish. Enjoy with pepper steaks or roast beef au jus. (VINTAGES panel, Aug. 2012)
