Tasting note

A 30/70 mix of chardonnay and pinot noir fruit. Expect a medium fine mousse with light raspberry colour. Enticing baked pear, apple skin, and brioche, light cherry and strawberry aromas with a touch of citrus. Fresh, creamy mousse on the palate with excellent finesse. Slightly sweet with good acidity showing baked apple, honey, brioche, toasty, spicy, strawberry and citrus flavours. Fine fruit and balance in a slightly fuller and sweeter style. Think spicy appetizers or food for the perfect match.
