Tasting note

Internationally renowned Bordeaux producer, Mähler-Besse, has also established properties throughout many of the world's great wine regions. Their Spanish Taja Reserve is a blend of Monastrell (Mourvèdre), Cabernet Sauvignon, Tempranillo and Merlot. The wine is matured for 12 months in oak barrels and then given a further 24 months' bottle ageing before release. This customer favourite scores high marks as an approachable and crowd-pleasing wine that can add a real punch to a spontaneous gathering featuring casual fare such as pizza or barbecue.
