Tasting note

Pecorino is a fascinating white grape from Central Italy that deserves a special look. This expression bursts open with tones of acacia flower and stone fruit and delivers medium density and richness on the finish. Score - 88. (Monica Larner, Wine Enthusiast, July 2013)

A brilliant pale straw color. A wonderful bouquet of white pulp fruit. Explosive flavors of ripe pear, renetta apple, ginestra flowers and jasmine accompanied by a gentle and refreshing acidity. Superb with gently grilled fish, vegetable tempura, oysters. Best enjoyed at 10 degrees Cesius.
