Tasting note

This heady and potent icewine shows concentrated lime cordial, apricot pit, brown butter and savoury whiffs of salt, lending interest and intrigue. Acidity is easily fresh enough to carry the silken palate of richly honeyed fruit, while citrus close out the very lengthy finish. Try with foie gras. Score - 91. This sweet and golden yellow coloured white showcases a complex nose releasing empyreumatic, spicy, floral and fruity scents. You will be charmed with this medium-bodied wine revealing a unctuous texture and a long finish.

The nose is bursting with marmalade and peach with a touch of ginger and baking spice. The palate is rich and unctuous but nicely balanced by lively acidity and a long finish.
