Tasting note

This is a dry Kosher (Mevushal) Cabernet Sauvignon. In the cellars, the whole process is supervised by Rabbi Shoshan Gori following the standards of the Orthodox Union. A very fast pasteurization is the method that we use to make the wine Mevushal avoiding simmering of the juice the resulting loss of flavours aromas. Our Terra Vega Cabernet Sauvignon is abundant with soft berry fruit aromas flavors that are balanced with soft tannin make it ready for immediate enjoyment.
