Tasting note
Straw yellow in colour, this white boasts a medium nose exuding floral and fruity aromas. Discover this medium-bodied wine expressing refreshing acidity and offering a broad texture. It also unveils a medium mouthfeel that leads into a medium finish.
The Rias Baixas white wines are dry with a sharp flavour, floral and intensely fruity, and a very fine and long aftertaste. Monovarietal wines like Albarino are straw yellow in colour, bright with golden and green iridescence. They have a pleasantly impressive fine and distinguished floral and fruity aroma, medium intensity and a powerful, half-length lingering finish. They are fresh and smooth on the palate, with sufficient body and alcohol, a balanced acidity and broad harmonious nuances. Their aftertaste is pleasant, elegant and complete. This wine has an interesting complex mix of aromas, combining white fruits, orange pips and peel with fresh balsamic notes, supported by subtle floral and mineral hints. It enters the mouth smoothly, progressing towards a pleasant, sticky sweetness, accompanied by fresh, bright acidity, concluding with a fleshy finish in the mouth that is long and creamy. A delicious coastal white to serve with roast fish.
