Tasting note
Lovely depth with aromas and flavours of mineral oil, lemon and lime zest. Created using approximately 20% dried grapes to achieve this wine's rich mouthfilling texture. (VINTAGES panel, Aug. 2013)
A rich, floral nose is backed by the presence of peach and bergamot jam. On the palate, the drying process has made a lovely off-dry wine full of spice and citrus, while maintaining a racy, fresh acidity that lends it a beautiful balance.
