Deep red colour with crimson highlights. Bouquet of ripe red and blackberry fruits with vanilla hintsGood structure with present tannins, well balanced followed by a long spicy and fruity finish. A great vintage!

This Merlot/Cabernet Sauvignon blend has a nose of spice and lovely cassis fruit. On the palate, there are some chalky ripe tannins as well as dark fruit notes. Food Pairing: Besides chops and burgers, you might want to try it with grilled strip loin in peppercorn sauce.
