Tasting note

Medium ruby in colour; the bouquet is filled with fresh fruit and berry aromas; the palate is full, dry and round with ripe, integrated tannins and flavours of dark berries, plum and vanilla.

Red colour with violet tones. On the nose dominated by strawberries, raspberries, blackberries and prunes, blending beautifully with aromas from ageing in the barrels such as spices and nuts. Well balanced acidity, soft and ripe tannins, resulting in an elegant wine. Suggested food pairings: red meats, barbecue dishes, pasta and cheese.
