Tasting note

Tallimba Grove Shiraz is partially basket-pressed and receives only a light oak treatment to allow the true essence of Shiraz to shine through “uncensored.” This Shiraz has ripe, primary fruit flavours of dark plums and black berries on the nose along with chocolate and a lingering savoury finish. On the palate, dark plums and blackcurrant fruit combine with licorice and spice. Pair with grilled chicken with a slightly piquant barbecue sauce or a classic Bolognese sauce.
