Tasting note

This is a bright and citrusy Sauvignon Blanc. Enticingly fragrant, it reveals aromas of ripe limes, grapefruit and blackcurrant leaves, sprinkled with subtle notes of green chilli pepper and fennel. It is fresh, concentrated and balanced, with a slightly mineral, salty palate, a soft texture and long persistence.
