Tasting note

A cedary Cabernet Sauvignon, with aromas of ripe blackcurrants and blue berries, graphite notes and subtle herbal hints typical of Cabernet Sauvignon wines from cool areas in Maipo. Refined and soft on the palate, it showsing bright berry flavours and a subtle influence of fine oak influence.

*Available only in the BC Liquor Store at the Vancouver International Wine Festival Feb. 26-28, 2015.* The wine is incredibly perfumed, floral and with red fruit aromas. You can feel the paprika flavors and the texture of the Cabernet in the palate; a wine with personality, vertical and fresh, very accessible. A different, personal Cabernet at a very good price.
