Tasting note
This wine is made with Pecorino grapes grown in the Offida appellation, which was elevated from DOC to DOCG status in 2011. Juicy and pretty with subtle notions of lemon, peach and tropical fruits, it's a perfect wine for summertime chilling and sipping. It'll also pair beautifully with the cheese that shares its name.
