Tasting note
(60% Grenache, 40% Syrah) Deep ruby colour with black cherry, beetroot, anise, leather and violets with a touch of toast. Good core of dark fruit with a fine texture and slightly chewy tannins on the end. Well structured, with a toasty finish. This will continue to evolve for 2-3 years. (VINTAGES panel, Dec. 2012)
