Tasting note

This medium-dry and fruity white displays a complex and medium nose. On the palate, its refreshing acidity and full-bodied texture precede a medium finish.

Firm acidity, minerality and an inviting texture make this a mouth-watering experience, priming the palate for food. A perfect aperitivo, try it with wedges of rock melon wrapped in prosciutto or an antipesto platter. For the main course it is a cinch with seafood, salads of lightly spiced food.
