Tasting note
Super-intense nose of lemon, lime, grapefruit, Asian pear, tropical flowers, botanicals and a steely seashell minerality. Bone dry, medium bodied and smoothly textured with plenty of freshness and cut en route to a crisp, mineral finish. Pair with lemongrass chicken. (VINTAGES panel, Jan. 2013)
