Tasting note

Pale straw yellow colour with fine bubbles; fresh citrus, pineapple, apple and clean fruit aromas and flavours; dry, medium bodied, with long lasting palate refreshing carbonation and acidity.

Aromas of fresh fruit and creamy yeast are perfectly balanced on the nose. Green apple chardonnay flavours and strawberry characters are complemented with a crisp lively acidity on the palate.

Light- to medium-straw with a hint of green in the glass. The nose shows aromas of fresh fruit and creamy yeast. On the fine palate green apple Chardonnay flavours and strawberry Pinot Noir characters are complemented by lively acidity .
