Tasting note

Medium deep ruby red colour; forward aromas of ripe black cherry and spice with roast coffee and herbal notes; dry, medium bodied, ripe and rounded with lively red berry and plum flavours; a long, soft yet balanced finish.

A deep red colour. An attractive bouquet of red berry fruits, peppery spice and mint. On the medium bodied palate, this wine offers juicy sweet fruit flavours and a balanced oaken character. Shiraz excites the Cabernet component, evoking characters of plum and spice. A good amount of oak is still there for fans of the traditional Wolf Blass style, but it's disciplined and completely integrated. The tannins are fine and the fruit is fresh. A long lingering finish completes the profile.
