Tasting note
Under the cherry-red colour, the nose is medium and complex. Enjoy this dry, medium-bodied and fruity red featuring refreshing acidity. On the palate, it showcases smooth tannins and a broad mouthfeel that leads into a medium finish.
With a ruby red hue, it releases and elegant almond-scented bouquet, classicly Valpolicella; the palate shows dry and full-flavoured, with an excellent, velvet-contoured structure. Can be cellared several years. Ideal with all roasts.
