Made in the time-honoured tradition of fortified wine from select parcels of fruit, this wine displays richness and slight sweetness on the palate with fruit characters complexed by subtle oak. A classic wine, made in the traditional Amontillado style. Enjoy as an aperitif or as a dessert wine.

Light apple, ripe quince and fresh candied citrus rind flavors are present on a palate which exhibits firm length and a dry finish. Residual sugar in this style is balanced by acid and the alcohol in this fortified wine helps to lift the fruit aromas.
