Clean and very brilliant. Pale gold with green highlights at the rim. Clean, pungent and fresh, with subtle green apple notes, extraordinary almond aromas and slightly salty character. Extremely dry, sharp, fresh notes of green apple with a pleasant salty flavour and bitter almond on the finish.
