The sweetness of Alberta wheat, a complex blend of hops and the note of citrus all leap to a bright clean finish. Wheat beers, particularly Grasshopper, are known for their versatility. Grasshopper goes well with all kinds of barbecue fare, including grilled chicken, smoked fish and barbecued shrimp kebabs.
