Fermented with wild yeasts and aged inwine barrels with orange peel, sofie is a tart, dry sparkling ale. A subtle,s picy white pepper note, a hint of citrus fromthe orange peel and a creamy vanilla finish make Sofie an intriguing choice for champagne drinkers and beer drinkers who are fond of Belgian Saisons.

Our sparkling Belgian Style Farmhouse Ale is wine barrel-aged with an abundance of hand-zested orange peel. Spicy white pepper notes contrast the citrus tartness. The light, refreshing, creamy vanilla finish will excite those fond of Champagne.
