Palate: Rich and intense dark chocolate flavour fills the palate which is complemented by an almost soothing oak, vanilla sweetness. Bitterness from hope and roasted character from the malt balances. Finish: Long, complex and satisfying. The roast character mellows with time leaving a lingering oaky sweetness.
