Mill Street Organic Lager is a pure, refreshing European style beer. Batch crafted from the finset ingredients, it takes two to three times longer to brew than ordinary beer. Light and crisp, it is cold aged for five weeks, creating a creamy, soft palate with a distinctively clean finish.

Delicate floral aroma; light palate with malty flavour balanced by some hoppy bitterness. We adhere to rules that guarantee both raw materials and brewing process are pesticide- and herbicide-free.
