The classic Irish-style dry stout is the basic background of this aromatic ebony elixir but deviations may occur from batch to batch as Picaroons improvisationally wanders through variations on the theme.

Timber Hog refers to a fictional New Brunswick forest animal and was even proposed as one of the brewery names in the early days! A dry Irish stout, black in colour with aromas of roasted coffee and malt, and flavours of coffee and chocolate.
