Robe ambre trouble et mousse fine; nez intense de caramel, de malt et de chocolat noir; bouche mi-corsée légèrement effervescente aux notes de chocolat noir, de mélasse, de muscade, de poivre blanc et d'écorce d'orange; finale longue et étagée.

A full-flavoured American style brown ale, brewed with a Moroccan accent. Inspired by the flavours of the Maghreb region of North-West Africa. Made with raisins, figs, dates and a dash of cinnamon and has all the complex flavour and bouquet of a find red wine with notes of dried fruit, plum and brown sugar.
