Note de dégustation (anglais)

From the nose it appears to be a big bold and fruity, Northwest style IPA. The flavour is big with citrus and tropical fruit tones coming in strong right off the bat. Pours from the bottle a lightly clouded, golden colour with two fingers of thick dense head. The head settles quite slowly leaving a thick layer lacing clinging to the side of the glass.

Sparks fly when bold & beautiful tropical hops meet a brazen & daring roasted malt base. Their chemistry is undeniable and perfectly balances the hop flavours and aromas of a powerhouse IPA with the depth and intricacy of a complex dark ale.
