Rich and sturdy with roasted dark chocolate malts, real cocoa, 70% dark chocolate, and freshly harvested local cranberries. Pairs well with cheesecake, fudge, mousse, your favourite chunk of dark chocolate or cake.

The mouthfeel is like velvet. The beer is medium-sweet and coats the mouth with dark chocolate and just a hint of tartness from the cranberries. It finishes with a subtle bitterness. At 8% alcohol, the beer is strong, but you won't taste the heat from the higher alcohol. It is dark and creamy and is reminiscent of a fudgesicle. It has a delicate effervescence that creates the sensation of ice crystals melting.
