Molson Canadian Cider appears brilliantly clear with yellow and amber hues, and little head when poured. It’ s clean, freshly cut apple aroma dominates with a subtle fruity bouquet in the background that is derived from its long fermentation. It’ s taste is bold in apple flavour, with balanced medium sweetness and medium acidity.
