Note de dégustation (anglais)

A pleasing aroma of heathery honey, followed by a fruity softness, hints of vanilla and burnt wood. Full flavoured with touches of Seville oranges lingering on the tongue like a good liqueur. Long, spicy with a decidedly dry finish.

Nose: Honey, fruity. Thick malt, enlivened by a fresh, zesty quality. Palate: Smooth, vanilla, undulating, refined smoke. Finish: Peters out gently, perhaps some ripe white peach notes and a good wave of honey.
