Colour Bright gold with a copper tint. Nose Sweet and spicy with notes of honey and toffee. Warm Christmas cake is accentuated by the freshness of lemons, green apples and cut flowers. All wrapped in a delicate whiff of wood smoke. Taste Full bodied and complex. Distinct crushed clove, raisin and blood orange flavours are at the front, closely followed by layers of fragrant vanilla and leather.

The flavour characteristics of this fine single malt are predominately typical of whisky matured in Bourbon barrels; with notes of vanilla, toffee & butterscotch on the nose and palette. But it is the Spanish oak sherry butts which were seasoned with Oloroso sherry for 2 years prior to being filled with whisky, that gives this dram a warm and spicy finish.

This product has a 1 bottle limit. Premium Spirit Release product. Available to purchase starting November 2. Full-bodied and complex with distinct crushed clove, raisin and blood orange flavours at the front, closely followed by layers of fragrant vanilla and leather flavours. The long, rich finish is smoky and spicy.
