Blended gold rum from Puerto Rico. It starts as a blend of the same light spirits as light-dry rum but is aged in oak for up to two years. It is charcoal filtered before aging. The aging in oak produces a smooth, dark rum with a fuller body and woody flavours.

Deep amber colour; sweet cocoa, molasses, ginger and spice aroma & flavour; warm wood spice finish.

Bacardi Black Rum is a mixable, light bodied, dark rum with a reddish hue, aged upwards of four years in carefully selected oak barrels. It is blended to achieve characteristic Bacardi smoothness. Tasting Note: Bacardi Black Rum is a medium, full bodied blend that is smooth and mellow in flavor with aromatic impressions of tropical fruits, apricots, plums and bananas. It has a continuous woody finish with hints of vanilla.
