Nose: Rich spice and brandy butter. Hints of fruitcake and dried apricot. Pepper. Palate: Thick, creamy palate with Christmas pudding, vanilla custard, baked apples and spice. Finish: Medium finish with lingering apricot and spice. Overall: A medium-bodied, spicy brandy from Spain.
