Aromas and flavours of wormwood, cardamom, coriander, hints of anise and herbs; sweet and rich with a long spicy finish Green Tree Absinthe has been produced since 1911, and is distilled from 100% wormwood and botanicals. Additional Note: Green Tree Absinthe does not louche (turn cloudy) when water is added, as anise (the herb responsible for this chemical effect) is used in measured quantities to ensure a balanced flavour.
