[... ] l'un des meilleurs malts Highland Park que j'aie goûtés. [... ] Ce whisky est opulent, bien équilibré et très complexe. Ses saveurs bien définies de caramel anglais, de fruits confits et de noix rôtie sont accentuées de notes de miel, de mousse au chocolat et de fumée. Highland Park 21 Year Old has a rounded spicy sweetness with hints of orange peel and dark chocolate. This whisky tingles the middle of the tongue and then immediately makes the mouth water, leaving a rich smokey sensation which seems to last forever.
